Our Chef and Staff

Polo Adamo is a born and raised Sacramentan.  He gradutated from ARC's Culinary School and worked for the prestigious Gary Danko's in San Francisco.  He is proud to return home and share his love of cooking.


Reservations, Catering, Special Events

If you would like to make a reservation, please call during normal business hours.  We do not take reservations over voicemail.  

We are available for catering and other fundraising events.  Please call for more information.


Seasonal and Local

We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. That's why we source our fresh ingredients from the Farm and Fork capital of the world.  All pasta is made in house.
